Due to the limited-time offering of 30 days and the charitable nature of this campaign, we cannot provide returns or refunds and cannot exchange prints due to damages caused by customer handling, storage, or treatment. If there is a manufacturing or shipping defect to your order, you may opt for the replacement of merchandise.

Please email us at hello@100fortheOcean.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right. In your email, please include: Your order number, a description of the damage, images of the damaged product and packaging. After writing, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees for any reason.
